We’re very proud of our free postage and prompt dispatch policy, and feels it differentiates us from many sellers who can be slow to dispatch.
For orders placed before 3pm weekdays, we endeavour to dispatch them the same day. Situations out of our control may mean this isn’t possible.
For items less than 2.5cm high, we will dispatch using Royal Mail 2nd Class Untracked Large Letter. For larger items we use 2-3 working day couriers or Royal Mail 2nd Class Untracked. Your item may offer an upgrade to 1st class or next day delivery for a charge.
We ship free to Great Britain mainland only as delivery costs are higher outside. If you live outside of the mainland, contact us for a bespoke price including postage. Sorry, we do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
