Description
WHAT IS IT
A step down (buck) converter. It converts a higher voltage to a fixed output voltage
WHAT IS IT USED FOR
Keep an output voltage stable when the input varies, like a battery as it discharges.
HOW DO I USE IT
Take the lid off, and connect the input wires to the screw terminals. Put a voltmeter or one of my meters across the output and, power on and adjust the pot to set the output voltage to the voltage you require. When happy, power off, connect the load to the output terminals, refit the lid and power on.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Input voltage range 8V-60V
Output voltage range 1V-36V
Output current 10A max 15A peak
Output power 100W uncooled, 200W properly cooled
71mm x 40mm x 31mm Weighs 77g
Overcurrent protection above 15A
Reverse input protection
OBSERVATIONS
The metal is plastic coated and this can be peeled off if you want to.
There’s a red LED in the case when input power is present
12V out 8.3A (100W) out : 24V in consumes 4.47A (107W) = 93% efficiency – after 10 minutes heatsink temp 68 degC

SUPPORT
My support is second to none. Check my feedback. I will gladly help you before or after purchase. I love power supplies! I’ll gladly refund you if it’s faulty or you can return it working if it doesn’t perform as you expect. Be careful with clone UK suppliers – they’re quite often drop-shippers who have no idea what they’re selling – just check their feedback.
