Description
WHAT IS IT
A Buck Converter.
It converts a variable input DC voltage to a lower constant DC voltage
WHAT IS IT USED FOR
A USB output from a higher voltage.
For example, from a 12V car battery to power or charge a USB device
HOW DO I USE IT
Solder the input power wires to the board and the USB socket will be ready to use.
The positive is the hole at the bottom near the black diode when viewed component side up. The ground is the hole at the top next to the line of little resistors.

OBSERVATIONS
A large discount for multiple purchases because they’re so tiny and light.
At 2A out, I measure 1.0A in at 12V, giving 83% efficiency. After 10 mins the unit reads 72 degC
At 1A out, I measure 0.47A in at 12V giving 88% efficiency. After 10 mins it reads 30 degC
